Delivery Timings:

• Orders made before 5 pm on the same day qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered by the next day.
• While specific delivery timings can be requested in the Special Instructions section, guaranteed timed delivery cannot be assured due to factors such as extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, or peak periods like Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New Year's Eve, etc.
• For Valentine’s Midnight delivery, the delivery window is between 10 PM and 01 AM.

Discounts:

• OyeCakes determines all discounts and multiple discounts or offers cannot be combined.

Address Change:

• Free changes to the recipient's address are accepted if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Changes made after this timeframe will not be entertained or result in order cancellation.
• Products from the gift section cannot have their address changed after dispatch.

Order Change:

• Cancellation requests are subject to a 5% cancellation charge.

Delivery Product:

• Due to variations in vendors and seasonal constraints, flower arrangements may not be exact replicas of those shown on the website. However, the quantity of the product will remain the same, and any substitutions made due to non-availability will be of equal or higher quality.
• Changes in flower color may occur if the desired color is unavailable. Similarly, the design and icing of cakes may vary based on local availability.

Damaged Deliveries:

• Reports of damaged products or flowers must be made within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for resolution. Substantial proof of the damage must accompany the problem report.

Rules for Delivery: a) Delivery will adhere to the specified instructions. If delivery instructions indicate that the product should only be given to the recipient, it will not be handed to anyone else. If the recipient is unavailable or declines the delivery, the order will be considered delivered. b) OyeCakes will attempt delivery only once. If delivery fails due to reasons such as a wrong address, recipient unavailability, locked premises, incorrect contact information, or recipient refusal, the order will be considered executed, and no redelivery will be possible. Delivery to the gate, reception, or neighbour will be considered successful.

Substitution Policy:

• Temporary regional availability issues may necessitate substitutions of flowers or containers. In such cases, our experienced florists will ensure that the overall style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement are preserved. Substituted items will be of equal or higher value. OyeCakes reserves the right to substitute flowers or other products if the desired item is unavailable.

Rules for Duplicate Orders:

• In the event of duplicate orders, OyeCakes will attempt to contact the customer for clarification. If unable to reach the customer, OyeCakes will make a decision on their behalf, which will be final.
